Custom Cafe with Display Cabinets
Port have built dozens of Container Cafes in the past, and with every new design we try to improve our innovations and increase functionality. This Custom Cafe with Display Cabinets does just that, built to cater for our customers requirements. The main feature of this unit is the unique awning design. The customer wanted a clear working space on the main counter, but also needed two large display cabinets for customers to see what’s being served. We opted to place the cabinets under the benches and cut the awning profile out from the sidewall in a shape to reveal each display unit. The awning was then hinged with gas strutts that can be opened and shut easily, displaying the cabinets and maximising the above bench space.

Custom Cafe built to Clients Needs
This custom cafe with display cabinets was not only a practical solution for our clients needs, but a cost effective solution that is portable. Other features included the removal of the containers double doors which we replaced with a single Personnel Door. This was required for ease of access and to increase the usable floor space inside. Stainless steel benches were installed which wrapped around the inside of the container. For a full list of inclusions see below.
