Our latest Modification is a custom built 10ft Portable Shipping Container Bar designed and constructed for the Queens Wharf Hotel on Newcastle Harbour. The venue has internal bar areas inside the premises, but needed a secure bar built outside on the wharf for their ‘Wharf Life’ events which are held every Sunday afternoon. Patron can sit and enjoy live music on the wharf and order drinks right next to the stage instead of making their way inside the venue.

They decided to use a shipping container for the structure as it could be constructed completely off-site. It is a Portable Shipping Container Bar, due to the jockey wheels we installed on all four corners of the container, which allows them to move if on and off the wharf. This was required for upcoming events such as the Newcastle Supercars 500 which will be held later in the year. As the premises in located on Newcastle’s working harbour, the industrial theme of the Container Bar fits well with its surroundings and looks impressive.
