A Club Container Kitchen built to service an outdoor function area
Club Charlestown recently renovated one of their outdoor function areas for patron events and live music. Their main kitchen was located on the other side of the complex so they needed another commercial kitchen that would facilitate the area and that could be moved if required. A Container Kitchen was the practical solution for their needs as they are secure, relocatable and cost effective. We worked closely with Frost Catering to build the ideal Container Kitchen, delivered ready for immediate use.

A complete commercial kitchen packed into a container
The Club Container Kitchen has all the equipment needed to prepare and cook quality meals for the clubs patrons. Customers can order from outside of the container through the servery windows and choose from a variety of meals available. Inside there is enough room for their chefs to work their magic with the use of commercial appliances such as ovens, fryers and hot plates. A large overhead industrial rangehood keeps heat to a minimum with the help of air conditioning and wall insulation. There is plenty of underbench refrigeration for their produce plus an upright freezer for cold storage. Cleaning the Club Container Kitchen is easy with stainless steel surfaces and coved vinyl flooring for washing out at the end of the day. A full list of inclusions can be found below:

Overall, this Club Container Kitchen can accommodate up to five people comfortably. This is more of a complex design to be utilised as a full commercial kitchen, though we can build smaller kitchens for venues that don’t need so much equipment. A 20ft unit with similar inclusions can still cater for large crowds and be utilised as a second kitchen.
