Shipping Container Supermarket
We have been modifying shipping containers for over a decade now and they just get bigger and better, and this project was no exception. We built this Shipping Container Supermarket out of eight general purpose shipping containers, all with extensive modifications. Some walls were removed, remaining walls were insulated, air conditioners installed, plus a load of other accessories were equipt. The Shipping Container Supermarket can be transported to remote areas where facilities are hard to come by. Disassembled, the containers can be trucked easily and assembled on site where needed, and can be pulled apart and taken to the next site when required! Robust and Modular
Once the containers are all connected with our joining kit, you’ll find a large open space to setup aisles of shelving for produce. Plus there is plenty of power points for fridges and freezers on the side walls of the Shipping Container Supermarket. The setup also includes a couple of offices, a kitchen, bathroom and laundry.
