Lubrication Station

lube-station] Three modified containers joined as one unit, built to service heavy vehicles. Port Containers designed and constructed this Lubrication Station for onsite service of mine site trucks and heavy vehicles. Lube Stations are used to pump lubricating oils including engine and hydraulic oils directly into vehicles that pull up outside. We designed this unit using three 20ft high cube containers, one of which had side opening doors for easy access to the pneumatic pumps. These pumps will sit on top of the lubricant tanks that will be installed on site. All three containers were joined together with internal doors cut into the side walls, and will be used for not only storing and operating the oil pumps but also as a workshop with plenty of storage space. Featuring insulated walls, air vents and whirlybirds to decrease the heat inside the containers, the Lube Station also had a central roller door installed and an electrical fit out.
